We travelled to Chicago to cover all three days of the summit and turned it into content the team could publish while the event was still happening.
A summit's attention peaks while it's running and fades within days. BIAN needed photos and video ready to share during that window, not weeks later. That meant covering a full programme across three days, abroad, with no room for reshoots.
We planned the coverage around delivery, not just capture. Shooting and editing ran side by side on site: photos selected and edited each evening, video cut overnight. Every day's content was ready before the next day's sessions began.
